Information and communication technologies (ICT) have transformed everyone’s life, there is already a generation that has grown up with
them and does not understand life without technological devices. In the learning phase, mass access to the Internet has transformed
the habits that have been present for decades, decisively influencing essential issues such as the space and time in which knowledge is
acquired. However, in universities, face-to-face teaching has remained the norm until 2020. In the case of the project workshop, the physical
classroom has been regarded as its natural space. Suddenly, the pandemic caused by COVID-19 has shifted teaching entirely to the digital
realm. In the wake of this cataclysm, knowing the advantages and disadvantages of blended learning (BL = face-to-face + digital) is more
relevant than ever.
